VANINA TUCCIO
Managing Director
Vanina is a Managing Partner/ Legal Consultant at Abacos Business Advisors Inc., managing large portfolio of clients specified in Commercial Law, investment and finance advice in the Republic of Panama – opening of commercial societies, opening of bank accounts, solidity of residences and visas of all kinds in the Republic of Panama, transfer of real estate, property administration is, among others. Vanina has 15 years of legal practice in different areas both in Argentina and Panama.
Vanina will be the managing director responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company. She’s also responsible for marketing and advertising especially the clients she will encounter in her legal profession, to brokers and banks and other financial institutions. She’ll be based in Panama and Argentina.
JOEL DEMONTEVERDE
Director
Joel is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in the BVI Financial Services industry and was formerly a Director at Blenheim Fund Services (BVI) Limited. Joel is an approved person by the Commission. At Blenheim Fund Services (BVI) Limited, Joel has assumed responsibility for client and regulatory communications. In his position, Joel has experience of NAV calculations with Paxus, Series 4 , spreadsheet and other fund programmes and worked with the full range of multi-strategy, hedge, derivative, property and other master, feeder, fund of funds and investment vehicles including quoted companies, obtaining stock exchange ISINs and GIIN’s.
